"I went to the Ukiah dealership August 26, 2020 intending buy either a Honda Shadow Aero 750 motorcycle or a Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 motorcycle. For several minutes I was ignored by all six of the staff I saw on the floor. One was on the phone. One was working at a computer. Two were assisting the only other customer in the whole place, who was buying a generator. The other two were chatting behind the service counter. I wandered around the entire showroom, not seeing either motorcycle, even though the website says they are in the showroom. Finally, as I stood there with my arms crossed, getting more and more pissed, a young man approached and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in the two motorcycles. He said they didn't have them. According to him, the website means they are "available". I thanked him for his time and left. I checked the website again. It does not say that the motorcycles are "available". It lists them as in the Showroom. I feel ignored, lied to and disrespected. You lost an $8,000 sale. Tomorrow I am headed to the Santa Rosa store. Maybe they want my money. But I will call first to see if the motorcycles I am interested in are actually in their showroom."
